Walking through Time

In the shadow of the Alps and spanning the river Reuss, the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) of Lucerne is the oldest covered wooden bridge in Europe with 17th century paintings adorning the inside of the bridge.

Kasturi returned to Lucerne after almost 18 years – last time she came was with her family around 1994. Different time, different circumstances. That day I saw in her face something more than just nostalgia. I wish I could have captured her smile.
