We are moving offices this weekend and today is the last day in the old office building in An Der Trift 75, Dreieich. I’m looking forward to the new office and actually quite excited. The new place would be right in Frankfurt and I could bicycle to work (ambitious) or take the train (realistic).
I’ve spent 4.5 years in this office and, like a lot of other things, the place has grown on to me a bit. If someone were to ask what I’d miss the most – it would be this tree I could look upon right outside the office window. Inspiration, reflection, and the comforting whisper of the gentle breeze rustling its leaves – that’s what I associate with this “silent companion” of mine.
I knew someday I would leave and I wouldn’t want to forget my tree. So, I’ve been clicking pictures of it every now and then. Here’s a selection of the different “looks” from different seasons.
Good Bye, Dreieich! Good Bye, my friend! Thank you for all the memories and the companionship!
