Eibsee

I have not really been active through April – I’ve been meaning to re-invent this blog (new look, new energy) and considering my options in setting up a webshop for my pictures. But, with my regular job taking up all the time, it has been difficult to do anything meaningful apart from some ad hoc research and half-hearted attempts.

Like everything else – I guess it boils down to knowing what you want and how badly you want it. I know I want it badly…but still seeking what exactly I’d like to do. I will probably just get going and learn along the way… I’ve not been an organizer-type and I don’t want to make this too serious, where taking pictures becomes a daily pressure and I lose the fun. I know I don’t want that. I still want to enjoy that part.

Also – I will finally get down to buying that new camera I have been saving for. I realized that during the last weekend as I headed over to Garmisch-Partenkirchen south of Munich and walked around this picturesque little mountain lake called Eibsee. Bad weather means less crowd and that works just fine for me.
