Idling Boats on Qantab Beach

An idyllic view of the sea from the Qantab beach with the boats idling there waiting for tourists (I guess) and some really beautiful rock formations. The photos don’t really do justice to the beautiful views one is rewarded with.

The reason I think about them is because, perchance I read today, that the Qantab beach has been closed to the public since 2013, as it was marked out to build luxury resorts and premium residential villas.

If that is really the case, then too bad, I say. As Lord Byron puts it in verse (an excerpt from his poem The Dark Blue Sea):

Man marks the earth with ruin; his control
Stops with the shore; upon the watery plain
